Pabel Troche
Pabel Troche is a proud husband of 30 years to his middle school sweetheart and has four children and three grandchildren. Chief Troche prides himself on strong family values, faith, and integrity. He considers himself a transformational leader wanting to help everyone be the best version of themselves.
Troche started as a volunteer firefighter in 2001 and accepted a career firefighter position In the Metro Atlanta area shortly after. He has held the ranks of firefighter II, sergeant (driver), lieutenant, captain, and battalions chief. Before accepting a chief officer position, he was a truck company officer. Troche currently holds the rank of Deputy Chief with a Metro Atlanta fire department. Troche has experience with volunteer, combination, and full-time fire departments. He has been heavily involved in Special Operations throughout his career and is an instructor for most disciplines.
He holds an Associates Degree in Fire Science from Colombia Southern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Administration. Troche is currently pursuing and is close to completing his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership/Emergency Management.
